Data collected
Siftmatch has no accounts and asks for no personal data to browse. We process: analytics data (page views, device, approximate country) via an EU-hosted solution; technical redirect logs when you click an affiliate link (source page, language, country, referrer); and, if you write to us, your email and message.
Purposes and legal basis
Measuring and improving the audience (legitimate interest); affiliate click tracking for statistics and commissions (legitimate interest); answering your requests (your initiative). Any non-essential cookies are only set with your consent.
Cookies and trackers
The site runs with minimal trackers. A language-preference cookie may be set. Analytics are configured privacy-friendly (EU hosting). Affiliate networks may set their own cookies upon redirect to the merchant.
Hosting and processors
Infrastructure is hosted in the European Union: database and cache in an EU region (Frankfurt), analytics in an EU region. Deployment is handled by our application host. No data is sold.
Retention
Analytics and click data are kept for a limited period needed for statistics, then aggregated or deleted. Contact emails are kept for the time needed to handle the request.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Exercise them at francois@siftmatch.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
